Harborstone offers a certificate special earning 4.15% APY with a PNW Premier account on an 11-month:
- Standard certificate
- Traditional IRA certificate
- Roth IRA certificate
Choose one, two, or all three. Certificate and retirement options available now through March 28, 2025, and require new money.

Insured by NCUA. APY = annual percentage yield. IRA certificates are open to personal accounts and must be opened at a Harborstone branch location. Certificates are open to personal and business accounts and must be opened online, over the phone, or in person. The 11-month certificate and IRA certificate special at 4.15% APY is available only to new and existing PNW Premier account holders; a 3.90% APY is available for those without a PNW Premier account. A PNW Premier account must remain open for at least 90 days to earn the higher certificate rate. Early-withdrawal penalties may apply. Standard certificate minimum balance is $5,000 with a maximum $1,000,000 deposit cap. Traditional and Roth IRA certificate minimum balance is $100 with a maximum $1,000,000 deposit cap. Certificate specials require new money.* Fees may reduce earnings. New membership must include a savings account with a minimum $5 opening balance. Your savings are federally insured to at least $250,000. Certificate or IRA certificate (including rollovers and/or transfers) must be opened between January 27 and March 28, 2025, to qualify for the special 4.15% APY (with a PNW Premier account) or 3.90% APY (without a PNW Premier account), and the rates are subject to being discontinued at any time.
