To be eligible for membership as a business owner at Harborstone, you must have a valid Washington State business license and a physical address for your business and yourself. You must also provide the following documentation depending on your business type.

- Valid identification, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth for all the signers on the account
- Business tax ID number
- Washington State business license
Corporation Or Nonprofit Corporation
Corporation Or Nonprofit Corporation
Please have the following documents available to open your Corporation or Nonprofit Corporation business account(s):
- Valid identification, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth for all the signers on the account
- Business tax ID number
- Washington State business license
- Articles of Incorporation stamped by the Secretary of State
- Corporate Bylaws
- Nonprofit corporations will also need a copy of 501(c) IRS Tax Exempt Status
