Business Journal puts Harborstone on its “100 best workplaces” list for the third time!
At Harborstone, people are our #1 asset. We firmly believe that when we take care of our employees, they can show up better each day to serve our members.
That’s why we were proud and pleased to learn that we’re on the Puget Sound Business Journal’s “2024 Washington’s Best Workplaces List”.
This is the third year in a row the Journal has named us to the list, and it truly is an honor. The recognition validates our efforts to develop and evolve our culture to sustain a workplace where people can thrive and grow.
How it works: The Journal, in partnership with research partner Quantum Workplaces, issues an anonymous survey to collect feedback from employees at each nominated company. Quantum tallies the results, and the top-25-scoring companies in each category are named in the Top 100. We are proud to have won this for the third year in a row and are honored that our employees are so happy to work with us!
